The Renfrew County Catholic District School Board Superintendent of Business Services, Mary Lynn Schauer, will become the first ever Associate Director of Business Affairs and Treasurer. This position was created to respond to the increased complexity and demand of corporate and business affairs. Mary Lynn brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience in RCCDSB’s Business Services department to the new position. 

“We are pleased to have Mary Lynn assume this position. She has many years of experience with our Board and has shown unwavering commitment and dedication to the RCCDSB. Her promotion to Associate Director of Business Affairs and Treasurer is very well-deserved,” says Bob Schreader, RCCDSB Chair. 

Associate Director Schauer will maintain her current responsibilities for Finance, Facilities, Capital, Transportation, Admissions and Enrolment, in addition to new responsibilities associated with the new position. Her new duties will include additional responsibility to liaise with Academic Superintendents to coordinate operational efficiencies between Finance and HR, Planning and Facilities, Learning Technologies and Admissions, for improved outcomes.
