RCCDSB Presents: Alpha for Parents
Are you interested in exploring the Christian faith, regardless of your background or beliefs, to encourage your children’s faith journey beyond the school environment?
RCCDSB will be hosting Alpha Sessions for parents in our school community beginning Tuesday, January 16th from 5:30pm – 7pm at Bishop Smith Catholic High School in Pembroke.
It is important to note that when you register for one session, you are not required to attend weekly. As much as we would love to have you, we understand life is busy.
Free Childcare & Dinner
RCCDSB will offer free childcare during the sessions. To ensure we have enough volunteers to provide this care, we ask that you please indicate whether your child/children will be attending with you on the registration form for each session.
Explore life, faith, and God in a relaxed, low pressure environment!
Alpha is known for its inclusivity and is open to:
- People with little to no prior knowledge of Christianity.
- Individuals who are exploring their faith or have questions about Christianity.
- Christians/Catholics looking to deepen their understanding of their faith and connect with others.
- People from various religious backgrounds or those who may not identify with any religion.
