Project No.140D-2425 will be received at Renfrew County Catholic District School Board,

499 Pembroke Street West, Pembroke ON, until

Stage One Bid: 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, October 1, 2024

Stage Two Bid: 2:00 PM local time, Wednesday, October 2, 2024

for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the building of a Daycare Centre of approximately 6400 square feet, and upgrades to a portion of the playground.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 4:15 PM local time at 535 Irving Street, Pembroke, Ontario.

Hobin Architecture Incorporated bid documents will be available Tuesday, September 10^th, 2024 and may be obtained from Alison Shalla via email [email protected]

Tenders will be opened in public immediately following Stage Two Bid closing time.

The lowest or any tender shall not necessarily be accepted.
